Client Appreciation Event 2025!

Join us for IFP’s annual Client Appreciation Event, where we’ll be bringing the spirit of the Amalfi Coast to you! Think sun-soaked vibes, live music, delicious pizza and gelato, plus Aperol’s and Limoncello on us… We’ve even got a special guest lined up to get everyone dancing!

Held at the place where it all happens; we’re opening our doors to say thank you for being a part of our journey. That’s why we’re inviting you to Grazie in the Garden, an afternoon/evening of Italian food, music and vibes, right here at Waterside Park, on the banks of the River Humber.

Since we’re ‘heading to Italy’, we’ve invited the sun; unfortunately, there are no guarantees it’ll shine! So, whilst some of the event is outside, there will be shelter. Nevertheless, layers are encouraged for when the sun goes down. Aside from the practicalities, think effortless elegance with a touch of Italian charm. Light fabrics, floral prints and sun-kissed colours are perfect for the setting. Hats and sunglasses are welcome – whatever makes you feel good.

Food/Drink: Italian Classics

Tuck into delicious foods from the heart of Italy, featuring wood-fired pizzas and Italian gelato. And of course, drinks are on us! Enjoy a selection of Italian inspired beverages – or if that’s not your taste, we will have a range of alcoholic and soft drinks from the bar.

Entertainment

We are bringing Italy to Hessle – without giving away too many of the details, you can expect live music, an artist and hopefully some sunshine, to bring the Italian experience!

FAQs

  • How can I get to the event?

    As the event is being held at our offices, transport will not be provided. Parking is available at Waterside Park, but please be aware that any vehicles left overnight must be collected by 3pm on Sunday, 7th September. If you’re not driving, Hessle train station is approximately a 15-20 minute walk away. Several bus routes serve the area, including the 250 service (formerly known as the Humber Flyer). Hull has a number of reputable taxi services, including Hull taxis (01482 828282), Drive (01482 575757) and Uber.

  • Where can I stay in Hessle?

    There are several hotels in and around Hessle. The closest options to our office are:

  • Will there be food other than pizza?

    In line with our Italian Garden Party theme, we’ll be serving freshly made pizza, with ice cream for dessert. If pizza isn’t quite your thing, you may wish to enjoy a meal beforehand. We’re happy to accomodate dietary requirements, including gluten and dairy intolerances – just let us know when you RSVP! If you have any allergies, please be sure to include those details too, so we can plan accordingly.

  • How accessible is the event?

    We’re hoping the sun will shine, but we know that the weather in England can be pretty unpredictable. If it does rain, there will be shelter, and provisions in place, to ensure the day is still enjoyable!
