In my spare time, I'm passionate about raising awareness of Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), a rare form of dementia that has personally affected me and my family. I dedicate time to managing my blog called FTD & Me (www.ftdandme.co.uk), where I aim to raise awareness and provide education to those dealing with this rare condition.

Other than my campaign, I love to read and I’m also working towards my piano exams with the ABRSM. I love a busy life!
