As a member of the client support team, I provide our advisers with technical and administrative support. This includes the production of client review packs, addressing non-advice queries, providing general information, and making the client’s experience as smooth as possible. 

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

In all seriousness, the staff! I enjoy being part of such a supportive team and having the ability to develop my knowledge through work-based learning. Nothing more to add…a great place to work.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

As an archaeologist and qualified diver, my hobbies and pastimes are varied, to say the least. I’m also in the middle of renovating my house, love to travel and explore all things history (no surprise there).

What's your favourite memory?

My favourite memory was getting married at the Roman Baths; it was such a unique experience and a day that incorporated all my favourite things!
