I work closely with clients, advisers and providers, by booking meetings and chasing documentation. I keep the client up to date throughout the whole process.
The clients have us as their first point of contact, even sometimes before the advisers. They know that even if we don’t have the answers, we will get it for them.
I really enjoy building up relationships with our clients. Over the time I have worked at IFP I have built up some great relationships with the clients I like to think that they appropriate the personal touch that we provide. It’s also great to meet some of our clients at our Client Appreciation events, really nice to put a face to the name/voice, for both sides.
