Front Office Executive

I am the first point of contact for clients and customers visiting and contacting IFP.  It is essential to be professional, friendly and helpful at all times – first impressions last! My other responsibilities include maintaining the communal areas, sorting and distributing the post, and helping to maintain the client back office systems while also assisting the technical and client services team.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

Having that interaction with clients, both face-to-face and over the telephone, which encourages trust and makes the relationship more personal. I also work alongside some of the most fantastic staff!

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

I love to read, especially a good crime/thriller - Stephen King is my favourite author. I also enjoy walking and running and taking trips to the theatre. Currently, I look after my friend’s cat, Jasper, when she is away, and I also have a neighbour’s cat, Gizmo, who has adopted both me and my husband!

Give us a fun fact

I used to be a majorette (many years ago) and participated in the Lord Mayor’s Parade in Hull.
