For those of you that don’t know, the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 (T30U30) programme is aimed at making employees feel recognised and appreciated, which they have found is one of the best ways to boost morale and keep your workplace environment positive and productive. This accolade celebrates the most exceptional young employees, locally.
T30U30 gives companies in the Humber region the opportunity to celebrate their emerging talent by nominating top employees under 30 years of age. For those who are successful, they are put on a 12 month ‘LEAP’ programme and the opportunity to attend an awards evening. Within the LEAP programme, events take place to help the younger generation become future leaders by focussing on management training, soft skills development and emotional intelligence etc. The events are hosted by well-known, motivational speakers and are cram packed with engaging, interactive and fun content.
