Client Services Apprentice

As a part of the client services team, I work closely with clients over the phone or by email, answering any questions and referring to the adviser when needed, aiming to be friendly and helpful.

Day to day, I create growth spreadsheets, book meetings, prepare and send documents to the client, and chase outstanding information. That’s on top of studying for my apprenticeship.

In my spare time I love to get cosy and relax whilst reading. I love spending time with my family, going on long walks and travelling.
