As I only joined the team in January, I’m still in training, but so far, I have been assisting the existing team and the advisers with various parts of the admin tasks and support side of the business from someone who came from a background of stock control and logistics, learning the role has been very new and exciting and already rewarding in so many ways. I also love dealing with the client, so knowing that I can assist with the support of their cash plans and dreams is a massive boost to my role.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?
A few have said this but genuinely – the people! Working in a fab team, who’s focus is the same, all about putting our clients first and genuinely being in a team that look out for each other, knowing how to play hard as well as work hard and having fun. Also the flexibility of working hours and the added bonus of WFH on days that suit you/family life.
Now for the personal part…tell us about you
In my spare time, I’m out and about with my partner, Daughter and Fox Red Labrador, we like going for long walks, and will happily travel as far as to North Yorkshire/West Yorkshire/Peak District for the day to do this if the mood takes us. I also love cooking for loads of people and having cozy days at home.

I’ve met a few celebs in my time, but the best one was Rik Mayall. He has been my childhood hero forever and was amazing to talk to. I genuinely cried for days when he died.
