On a day-to-day basis I speak with providers, resolving queries, obtaining information and chasing applications, as well as clients, assisting with their queries, updating them with progress and processing any changes. I also arrange client meetings, attend internal meetings and basically liaise between the adviser, client and product/service providers.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

I like that we all work together, it doesn’t matter what team you are on, if someone, or a certain team, are struggling with the work everyone will chip in to help out.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

Outside of work my spare time is usually playing taxi driver for my daughters to their dance classes, so I thought I’d have a go myself and recently joined a local dance class. I also like to relax with a good book, and a glass of wine or two always helps.

Currently no pets, although this may change with the amount of Dachshund puppies we keep looking at!
