My main task involves providing a range of technical support to advisers, allowing them to create long-term financial plans for our clients. Heavily involved in producing literature and individual client reports, it is essential that this information is easy to understand and presented in a client-friendly manner.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?
The people! I switched careers from retail to financial services in 2019, and my colleagues could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We work as a team, with mutual respect for each other and a willingness to help wherever we can. It is actually a joy to come to work.

Get yourself comfortable; this could take a while! In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, exploring new places, and reading and I also have a very creative mind. Recently I learned how to create my own digital drawings. I also love making things from clay and resin, and I’m a keen painter - where do I find the time?

My fun fact? My eyes are heterochromatic (one colour round the outside and another colour on the inside of the pupil). Oh, I also have a dog called Jake, can’t forget him.
