I provide a range of different services to my colleagues, working with paraplanners, financial planners, and the marketing team while also looking after the training and competence of all our staff. Monitoring changes in regulations and receiving and investigating any client complaints, my team and I ensure all departments and staff work within what is an ever-changing regulatory framework.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

You’ve probably heard it all before, but it is literally the people I work with! Friendly and helpful, they are extremely understanding of the compliance team and the challenges with which we are sometimes faced. Teamwork is quite literally the key to the company’s success.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

It’s healthy to unwind, so I plan to make as much of my free time as possible. I always try to get out and about and explore the UK, which usually involves visiting a historic old pub. Whenever we get the chance, I love going to gigs with my brother; we find it's a great way to unwind.
