As a member of the Client Services team, I serve as the central point of contact between clients and providers. My role involves addressing queries, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation to ensure smooth communication and operations. I’m here for the clients (and advisers) to make sure nothing gets too much.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

Hands down…the people! Even though I’m the newest member of the team I feel like I’m part of the furniture already. We all work together as one team and support each other, there is always a friendly atmosphere and fantastic team building challenges happening to help us become even closer.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

I love a good series on Netflix. There is nothing better than getting all cosy with your favourite snacks and binge watching a series – that being said a sunny holiday abroad might just beat it. I am an avid sun worshiper and love my holidays, my favourite destination is Turkey where I have previously done paragliding and parasailing.
