I started work in the Financial Services industry in 2015 and have experienced many roles at IFP over those years. My current role is extremely varied (which I love), maintaining the smooth and uninterrupted operational running of the business, alongside ensuring all people practices are in line with ever changing legislation and our IFP strategic standards.

  • CMI L5 in Management & Leadership
  • CIPD L5 in People Management
  • CMI Chartered Manager

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

Outside of work, my life is taken up with spending the majority of my time with my daughter Hattie. I love walking (always trying to get those steps in), drinking a nice glass of sauvignon blanc, and constantly searching for the next holiday destination.

What's your favourite memory?

My favourite memory was when I went to Las Vegas for my 30th Birthday. The staff here put a collection together to pay for me to jump from the top of the Stratosphere hotel as a surprise – and now I’ve caught the daredevil bug and want to do a sky dive!
