Director of Finance & Operations

My activities tend to focus on company finances rather than clients, taking in income, expenditure, budgeting, banking and all financial reporting. I’m also a senior lead responsible for overseeing our client services, HR and office management, and heavily involved in strategic planning and management of the company. I joined the board of directors in 2022 and really enjoy this side of my job.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

I love the diversity within my role, being involved in so many different areas to help drive the company forward. I also love the culture at IFP and how we strive to be the best and always do right by both our clients and staff.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

Weekends are normally filled with mum duties, entertaining the kids and dog walking. I’ll take any excuse to get out in the sunshine and have been lucky enough to hop on a plane or two this year. It’s good to relax!
