Client Services Manager

I manage the client services team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly between advisers, support staff and, most importantly, clients. It is vital that we provide the best service possible and we always do the right thing for our clients. Part of my role also involves preparing and adapting for new regulations, such as the Consumer Duty regulations, which came in recently.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

The people I work with and the environment I work in. I am very lucky to work in a fantastic office with great facilities. Also, the flexibility with working patterns/hours is so beneficial to me as I am a mum of three (2 under 2) and have to juggle their childcare with working full time - the company supports me in that however they can.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

Not much spare time with 3 children, but when I can, I love a K-Drama and can't wait for my annual holidays. I am very much into skincare and have started gaining qualifications in this area. It is something I would like to do in my spare time in the future - when the kids let me have my life back!
