As part of the client services team, I take calls from clients and service providers, answering queries and helping where I can. I’m also involved in monitoring the debtors list, booking client meetings, chasing outstanding documentation from clients and providers as well as invoicing. We are the central contact for clients, advisers and providers.
We are not only here to work, we gain an insight to the clients background and this allows us to be able to speak to them on a more personal level. This allows us to be able to gain trust with the clients and make sure they understand we can and will do our best to organise business efficiently and effectively for them with as much open communication as possible.
