Client Services Administrator

As part of the client services team, I take calls from clients and service providers, answering queries and helping where I can. I’m also involved in monitoring the debtors list, booking client meetings, chasing outstanding documentation from clients and providers as well as invoicing. We are the central contact for clients, advisers and providers.

What's the Best Thing About Working at IFP?

For me – my role is very flexible with hours and also working from home is brilliant. I enjoy working with people here too which is an added bonus. From the moment I joined as a temp in 2019, to gaining a permanent role in 2020, my colleagues have been welcoming, helpful and very supportive.

Now for the personal part…tell us about you

After the hustle and bustle of a busy week, I prefer to spend my spare time relaxing, cooking and chilling with my friends and family. I also have a creative side, and enjoy colouring, painting and literally decorating everything in sight. My favourite place to visit is probably Amsterdam, I’ve been more times than I can count!
